about me

I am a dog trainer and owner of a boarding kennel in North Carolina. I also breed train and compete with my German Shepherds.

In my spare time I love to try new recipes or invent/adapt recipes to make new dishes. I love to bake yeast breads from scratch and keep sourdough starter on hand.

I am trying to eat healthier and I use very, very few preprocessed foods. I hate the amount of salt in most processed foods as well as the lack of fiber and other essential nutrients.
