Not So Good Cook

about me

Most of the time I like recipes that can be made quickly and easily. 30-minute meals are my kind of cooking. The crockpot is great too! I'm busy with my job, my kids, their activities... lots of driving and not too much time in the kitchen. I have 2 teenagers and a golden retreiver who's a real sweetie.

When I do have time, I enjoy cooking and baking, planning a nice dinner... I'm happy to have found this web community of Recipe*zaar. I've made a number of recipes so far and all have been successful. Of course, to be honest, they have not been complicated ones, or ones with too many ingredients.... but I am proud of myself just the same that it's a home-made dinner and not take-out or drive thru!

My favorite foods... hmmm... well, my favorite foods are usually not good for me... I have a weakness for Dunkin' Donuts coffee...
