I am more of a recipe reader than follower, so I tend to cook more fusion than authentic. My favorite cuisines are Thai, Indian, and southern U.S. I like these for their use of seasonal ingredients, herbs, and spices which make veggies and legumes more flavorful. I am semi-vegetarian, basically meaning I try to do as little harm as possible by availing myself of veggie options while still getting nutrition and enjoying food.
