Hi there, my name's kim and i love to read recipes and cook when i have the chance. i'm married w/ 2 kids - a 5 yr old 'princess' and a 1 1/2+ yr old boy who's got no sense of self preservation. also have another one on the way that's due right around Thanksgiving '08. ("RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF HUNTING SEASON" DH says... Men...) i'm a sculptor and still practicing potter and have way too many dogs asking me for belly rubs. we moved to MT from VA in August '07 and i've been scouring 'zaar for recipes for all the game DH brought home this last season! We've come to prefer elk and antelope over beef if you can believe it.

I'm hoping to get into OAMC if i ever find the time to spend a whole day cooking (sounds like heaven - no kids for the day? sign me up lol!) Haven't really been able to find the time though so i've just been making 2 batches of almost everything and freezing single meals. It takes a little longer, but right now it's the best i can do.
