about me

I've lived in Southern California most of my life and never was there a truer New Yorker born! I definately do NOT have the "Laid Back" thing going for me! To de-stress I like to write, take pictures, talk to my mom, spend time with my husband, and of course, cook! I take specail joy in feeding my mail carrier (and friend) my new creations and my old favorites!

Pet peeves you ask? People on cell phones, not just in their cars but ANYWHERE! And people who don't watch their kids like they should.

Favorite Foods:

My favorite things to cook are Spagetti (my brain need not participate, my hands know what they are doing!), angel food cake, strawberry chicken, and pork roast.
I am famous for my salsa, usually made by the gallon, and my cookies, both peanut butter and chocolate chip. I make so many at a time I am not sure I am capable of making only one batch anymore!
