irish born raised in england and lived in australia for six years
my favourite cookbook is Larousse Gastronomique which if you dont own you should.
I love cooking and constantly try and create new dishes.
I take my holiday's in Europe, taking in as many fine restaurants as possible.
I cant stand or indeed understand vegetarians

Favorite Foods:

my favourite dish to cook is calves' liver in a variety of styles
I adore offal and cant understand people's reticance towards it as it tastes more of the animal than the flesh.
my favourite restaurant is The Mirabelle in Mayfair.London. It's exquisite.
