I live in southeastern South Dakota, near the Missouri River. I work full time as an administrative assistant to the Deans at the Law School. I enjoying cooking, baking, collecting cookbooks, trying new recipes, reading, hunting, fishing and bowling. My favorite cookbooks are church cookbooks.

Favorite Foods:

My favorite dish to cook depends on the time of the year. In the summer it is anything grilled. In the winter it is duck and potato dumplings. My most requested recipes are for my nacho dip and my potato dumplings.
