I'm best known for my hot dishes, with friends actually enjoying the tears they shed when they come over. But it's not all about heat. I've also gotten compliments on my mild dishes as well. Oh, and let me just add one cranky note: I really hate it when people name their recipes "best" or "perfect" or whatnot. We all have different tastes. Your perfect may not be mine. Dial back the ego a bit. Yeesh. :p
bacon, sausage, seafood, pork chops and pork roasts, pasta, chili, chicken wings, lamb, turkey, steak, burgers, soups and stews of all kinds...wow...I just can't stop coming up with foods I like. The only stuff I'm not really into is sweets. I'm allergic to chocolate, so that kinda ruined a lot of candy, cookies, and a multitude of baked goods for me.
