about me

I am a college nursing student in Fairfield County (my hometown is Fairfield Co. too). When I made the cake batter ice cream I was only in high school. I simply set out to recreate something I enjoy using an ice cream maker - I cannot believe how successful it has become!

I love cooking and I love to eat, however college has dampered that a little bit.
