I work full time and until very recently, attended college 3/4 time. Despite the fact that I have had very little "personal time", I love to try out new recipes. I only post recipes that I have prepared and tried out myself, so I truly think they are worth a try. I grew up in the South, and currently live in Florida. I have two children that I am devoted to, one grown up and out of the house, and one teenager. I am divorced after a 25 year marriage, so I'm challenged to cook for a much smaller group! I am very devoted to my pets...two dogs and a cat. I love to walk on the beach and read. I love to go to art shows, wine tastings, and festivals of all kinds. I'd love to travel, if $$$ allowed. Maybe one day.







What I love: decadent, creamy, rich foods; fish and shellfish; stuffed mushrooms, comfort foods. What I can have: low fat, low carb foods.
Favorite Restaurants: Fish House, Eat!, and Jackson's in Pensacola, FL, Sidelines on Pensacola Beach, Aegean Breeze and Niki's in Gulf Breeze, FL.
Favorite Chain Restaurant: Cheescake Factory
The dishes I am famous for: Homemade Chicken Pot Pie, Lynette's Chili, Steak Creole with Cheese Grits, & Chicken Enchiladas with Sour Cream Sauce.
