about me

I am an extremely busy wife and mother of 5 (now 7! we had suprise twins) without much down time. I've been a registered nurse for 14 years and have taken the past six years off to raise my little ones this time around. we have 1 boy and 4 girls, and now twins a boy and a girl 6 months, our oldest boy is 16 and my girls are 13 , 5, 4, and 3.

I am always looking for quick and easy recipes that my picky crew will like. This site is an absolute god send! I have found sooooo many good recipes on here. When I have the time I will be adding all my recipes to share. I have always loved to cook and have some really great recipes to share.

Favorite Foods:

My favorite food is Mexican, almost any type of mexican food. I could eat it every day and I have tried but my family complains.

I also love Italian food. My first husband was Italian .... he had some great recipes that he shared with me and they are some of the most requested recipes by my family and friends.
