Hi there! I'm Mandy from Texas. Like my username suggests, I am the mother to Anna and Emma, identical twin girls born in August 2004.

I love to cook and especially love making things in my crock pot. In the last few months, I've become a big fan of freezing nutritious meals to reheat on busy nights. I wouldn't call it once-a-month cooking just yet, but I'll cook a bunch of food on the weekend and it makes it so much easier for me and my husband during the week.
