Cooking is a passion. I am italian so we live to eat. Unfortunately, my husband is not, and he eats to live! Yet, he still enjoys my cooking. I am a new mother so we are on the look out for dinners that can be prepared and cooked in under 45 minutes. Despite this limitation, we eat very well indeed.

Favorite Foods:

My most requested dish: lasagna. But, I hate to make it because it takes too long. (I don't cheat, I even make the noodles by hand!) My favourite food is Thai and Italian.
