I am a graphic artist,and am presently going back to college to learn web design and photography. I love cooking... No so much baking though. I am 54 and just starting to live... and i have a 19 year old son and I am happily married of 26 yrs. I love to cook..... It's a passion of mine when I get the time.
steak, LOBSTER, CRAB , just about any seafood, but I don't like fish for some reason except orange rouphy and Talipia... hmmmm
fruit, itallian food, hungarian, polish, chinese, japanese, mongolian... and lots more.
I am famous for making Cabbage Rolls.
4 generations, my friends get puppy eyes when they know I'm making them, so 1/2 of them get given away. So I have to make a lot of cabbage rolls. I cook very good Italian food also. No matter what it is. I'm always trying new dishes. One more thing I am extreme known for, where my friends have me make them some and take on their vacations even is my sausage gravy and biscuits. Ummm Good. I'll have to put that recipe on here soon.
My favorite dishes to make is cabbage rolls and Lasagna, Prime Rib, just about anything.
My favorite restaurant.. I guess if I was to choose to go out and eat fancy, it would Miorka's in downtown Cleveland, Ohio. I think I spelled that right. Fancy and expensive, but you get alot of food on your plate, and it's delicious.
Medium Price: Carabba's Italian. they are pretty good too.
