Cooking bug hit fairly late in life. My wife say's we need a bigger place to store my cook books. I come from a long line of great Southern Cooks but i like all cuisines.
Lately i've been Stir-Fry Crazy. If i can get the ingredients i'll cook it.

Anything Fresh and in season. Especially Apalachicola oysters.
