I am married to the most wonderful man and he is extremely tolerant and supportive of my cooking experiments! I work as a computer programmer which I am not too well-suited for even though I have been making a living with it for 20 years. I am crazy about cooking and I often get excited for a few days before trying a new recipe. I have two daughters. One is married and I am delighted that she is as enthusiastic as I am about cooking. She is more focused on desserts, however. Luckily she is also interested in nutrition so she is not a junk-food junkie.

Favorite Foods:

We are not vegetarians, however, we usually eat meat and/or chicken for holiday meals and eat vegetarian foods, dairy and fish during the week. I LOVE cooking with vegetables and I have something of a reputation for my salads.
In my city my favorite restaurant is a kosher Chinese bistro which dazzles my tastebuds with wonderful contrasting tastes. I started two websites as a way of expressing my love for cooking. Both are very basic, beginner sites which I hope to enhance as time goes by. I wrote the sites using HTML as opposed to using a prefab template program and as such, I am still learning how to program various features.
