I'm a 37 year old male originally from Long Island, New York. I now live in upstate Western New York. I am a nurse, and a part time cook at an Italian Resturant. I am the primary cook of the family (which I enjoy). In my free time I like to cook, bodysurf, play frisbee, drums, read, write, and hunt. My favorite cookbook of all time is "Meta Given's Modern Encyclopedia Of Cooking" (Published in 1953). It was handed down to me by my Grandmother, and covers just about any type of food you can think of, including game.

Favorite Foods:

I am famous for my Spaghetti Sauce. I cannot go to any gathering without a request for my Lasanga or Baked Ziti. My favorite dish to cook is Stuffed Swordfish. My favorite resturant was Windows On The World (1 World Trade Center 107 FL). Unfortunately it was destroyed on September 11, 2001, so I guess I don't have one anymore.
