I recently went on a very low sodium diet and high exercise regime to try and knock down high blood pressure without using medication.
Soups, pizza, stir fry asian noodle dishes, southwestern, seafood, ice cream and baked cakes. All of which explains a good bit of the high blood pressure in someone who's been healthy, reasonably active and thin. It seems I'm very sensitive to salt and retaining fluids because of it. So now I'm having to relearn to cook and eat in a much more healthy and low sodium and low fat way. Fortunately, this website has many great low sodium, low fat offerings, and I hope I can develop and share some of my own as well.
