I work full time for a non-profit agency and have two great kiddos that keep me pretty busy, as I'm a single mom. I don't have too much time during the week for elaborate dinners, but I love entertaining on the weekends.

I'd have to say I've become famous for several of the recipes I've found on here...sorry guys! =) I have a to-die-for stuffed manicotti recipe - I should get off my hind-end and post that soon!
