I'm a transportation engineer. I love to try new recipes, and I love to have guests over so I can make large dinners with my favorite recipes.

Favorite Foods:

I was active duty Air Force for 5 1/2 years, and many of my best recipes came from the locations I've been stationed and from the many people I've met. While I was in Alaska, I cooked (and ate!) more different types of fresh, delicious seafood than I'll ever get to again. I probably have 6 wonderful recipes for halibut.
