I fix cars during the day and (after washing my hands) enjoy coming home and cooking dinner for my family and friends. With this site it doesn't matter what I come home with there is always a recipe. Trout, venison, salmon, all good and someone has already posted my favourite whitebait recipe (the one with the beaten egg whites).

I did Asian for a while and really enjoyed it.
Don't know why I don't it so much now, perhaps just a progression.
I do enjoy good quality foods and not too much in the way of fats. Just started a small hydroponic garden, hopefully can get "fresh as" veges on an ongoing basis.
