I'm a southern cook living in LA, that's Los Angeles, not Louisiana, unfortunately.
Don't know how I developed a love for southern cooking, but since nobody around these parts does it right, I had to learn authentic southern cooking techniques on my own.
Fried Chicken for breakfeast, lunch and dinner.
I'll eat anyone's macaroni and cheese, including the boxed kind!
I adore eggs, any way they are cooked.
Not much of a sweet tooth, except for a good basic chocolate cake now and then.
