about me

Well like most others at recipezaar I love food and cooking. I especially like cooking fish although I dont eat it! My favourite cook books are Nigella bites and The River Cottage Cook Book. I also love growing as much of my own food as possible until my recent move to Paris had a large garden, vegetable plot, 6 chickens and 3 ducks, I hasten to add for the eggs. Couldn't possibly eat them, they are like pets.
I would like to travel the world, especially in my own yacht (I can but dream ) Living in Paris was certainly a challange but my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the change of culture and sampling the local cusisine. Now we have just moved to New Delhi, India and plan on doing the same.

Favorite Foods:

My favourite food has got to be mushrooms and my favourite cuisine is Thai, especially Green or red curry. My favourite restaurant is the Chilston Manor which is a country house near Lenham in Kent.
I am famous with family and friends for making Banoffee Pie. I love having friends and family to dinner and parties.
