about me

I'm a small town girl currently living in Southern Manitoba. I love to cook and owe it all to my mother. She immigrated to Canada from Vietnam, and I just love her traditional dishes. My father is French Canadian, and my DH is Ukrainian/Spanish, so needless to say, I get to cook a lot of different culinary dishes. My favorites, however, are Vietnamese, Thai, Mexican, Italian and Greek.

Ohhh, so tough to choose! I suppose if I were trapped on a deserted island and I had to choose 5 dishes to sustain me for the rest of my life....
