Born and raised on Oahu
I love to bake and I love to eat
I guess that kinda goes hand in hand
I've realized that it's a great passion of mine, because I'm always thinking about the next thing that I can create
I'm also passionate about coffee
I volunteer at the coffee cart at church, where we serve Lavazza, Italy's #1 coffee
...and yes, I think we're better than Starbucks =)

Favorite Foods:

Chocolate! And definitely coffee! (I prefer the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf... you must try the pomegranate blueberry tea latte and their iced mochas!)
My favorite is a raspberry mocha, made with Godiva dark chocolate =)
Also love a good vanilla java chai
I'm known for my butter mochi and banana cream pie
One of the many things I love about living in Hawaii are all the great hole-in-the-wall restaurants that give you bargain prices on massive amounts of food
Some favorites are So Gong Dong, Kabuki Okazuya, Kristen's Kitchen, and Miki's
Nicer places include Hapa Grill (their fried ice cream and fried cheesecake are to die for!), Kunio, and Moshi Moshi Tei
And chain restaurants like Cheesecake Factory, Genki Sushi, Chili's, and Stuart Anderson's
