I like smiley face stickers and puppy posters....sums me up in a nutshell.

I'm a Paramedic by trade and love to cook and sew in my spare time. I'm post Gastric Bypass surgery in Aug of 2004 and am always looking for recipes that are low in sugar and high in protein. Enough of the darn shakes!!

Favorite Foods:

Recently discovered Morroccan and West African dishes, I love the heat. I like that in Thai food also but have found the ingredients harder to get a hold of. I'm always open to suggestions!! I have such fond memories of going thru my moms classic 1953? checked Betty Crocker cookbook. I still thumb threw it when I visit..I love the little notes in the margins...(All kids but Bob liked it, try adding pineapple juice next time)
