I live in Columbus, Nebraska. I am the buyer for the hospital. I enjoy genealogy and surfing the web. I collect Italian Charms, and have oodles of beanie babies stuck away in cabinets.

Favorite Foods:

My favorite foods are hamburger and fries and chicken. My sloppy joes and my recipe for sesame chicken are my most requested recipes but my favorite recipe I enjoy making the most is Kansas Cucumber Salad.My favorite restaurants are Cracker Barrel, Grandma Max's (Bosselman Truck Stop cafe) and the Grainery ( a family restaurant in Norfolk, Nebraska, where you still can get coffee for .50 a cup and they refill one or two times.)
