about me

I live in Indialantic which is a small beach town on the east coast of Florida. I manage a wellness center and teach gentle yoga and stress management classes. For fun my husband and I spend time at the beach and working on our fixer up house. Both of us have found wonderful recipes on the zaar. I am so glad to have discovered this site.

Favorite Foods:

I love a variety of different foods. I try to go with the seasons as much as possible when buying fruits and veggies. We eat a lot of seafood, pasta, beans, chicken, just about everything but no red meat or heavily processed or fried foods... we try to eat healthy but of course splurge from time to time!
