I was born and raised in South Carolina. I am a Reading teacher and mother to a 4 year old daughter. She keeps me busy and loves to help me cook.

I love to eat good food but I do not really like to cook so I am always looking for simple, delicious recipes. At our house we like to eat anything chocolate and we love mexican food.
