about me

I love cooking rugby and booze or to be more specific I enjoy learning new cooking methods, discovering food combinations that work and crafting the presentaion. As for booze its real ale and fine wine from around the world. Oh and the rugby I am an English RFU coach and train an under 16 youth team. ( this keeps the ravages of the other two hobbies in check)
