I am famous for my chocolate cake and homemade pancakes, each of which I got here on Recipezaar!! I do also enjoy making chili and whatever else I can throw together from the pantry and fridge. Somewhat new to cooking, I am still learning how to stock the right ingredients so I'm not always going to the store for this or that.

I am a big Mexican food person, but my family enjoys more variety. I grew up on "meat and potatoes" so everything seems new and exciting to me.

Of course, if I spent as much time cooking as I do here on the site, we would all weigh 400 pounds!
