I'm a young professional, married for 3 years. I love cooking but find that I don't have time to make very elaborate meals. I love to cook with my crockpot. There is not much better than coming home after a long day and having dinner already made! My husband does a lot of the cooking too, so I'm always on the lookout for quick and easy recipes he make on weeknights.

Favorite Foods:

I love cheese, the stinkier the better. I also love most dishes that are rich with tomatoes. I also believe there are very few ways to mess up a potato.
