I live in a city called Wollongong about 100 miles south of Sydney on the east coast of Australia. I am retired and enjoy cooking and just reading recipe books - much to the amusement of my family. Any cookbook will keep me entertained for hours. I do get frustrated with folks who won't give a new taste a try.

Favorite Foods:

I have a varied taste. At the moment I am trying lots of different ways of cooking with Asian recipes but I do enjoy middle east tastes. Well really whenb I think of it I like any food - except for oysters, shellfish (with the exception of prawns and lobsters) and the obvious middle delights like sheeps eyes etc!!!
