I am a stay-at-home mom with two children A 3 yr old and a 9 month old. I live in British Columbia,Canada and I love to cook. I spend endless hours trying new recipes and creating my own for my family and I also do some individualized catering on the side. My goal is to eventually write a cookbook.

I cook alot of chicken and beef dishes, but I also enjoy experimenting with vegetables.
