about me

I am a stay at home mom with a growing pre-teen son and an adventurous husband. I LOVE to cook and make exotic dishes for dinner. My husband's favorite question is "regular dinner or gourmet?" I look forward to trying some of these great sounding recipes on my family and friends.

Favorite Foods:

My favortie dish to cook is smothered pork chops. I just love the way it smells and I am a sucker for gravy, but I am most famous for two things... Turkey Chili (alot of my friends don't eat Beef...I don't know what their problem is) and genuine homemade crusty pound cakes. I get requests all the time for both of those.
