I am geologist who is currently a stay-at-home mom to my baby boy (born in December, 2004).
I'm a former St. Louisan and love the food from there, especially Italian (who doesn't love Italian food?!).
As a (relatively) new resident of the Pacific Northwest, I am looking for great recipes that highlight our regional fare, particularly fish (wild salmon and Dungeness crab), apples, berries and hazelnuts.
I recently (May 24, 2006) removed gluten from my diet so I'm really looking hard for new, gluten-free recipes.
