My favorite cookbook is In The Sweet Kitchen by Reagan Daley. VERY informative and each recipe is an absolute winner. I have yet to find a dud in the bunch.

Favorite Foods:

I am big time into Indian cuisine these days, and since I am unable to eat dairy right now, I am experimenting with different cultures that do not rely heavily upon cheese and milk in thier recipes. Portuguese has been a fun place to try lately. Definite country for your taste buds to enjoy.
