I'm a teacher and mother to three children - two grown up sons and a teenage daughter.
I'm a dedicated foodie and addicted to collecting recipes.
I love reading cookbooks and I am always on the look-out for new and delicious things to cook. Just as well because I have some mighty large appetites to satisfy with my sons.
I like to visit gourmet food shops and delicatessens to try new foods and love visiting food markets.
I really enjoy eating out as well.
