I live in a seaside town called Mandurah, I am a car detailer and I love to cook.I run my own bussiness working from home, which is handy if i want to put a roast in the oven early.I have one child David who is now 20yrs.I didnt get interested in cooking until about 6yrs. ago when i made a new friend who is a chef,Watching her in action inspired me. Now i am constantly looking for new recipies to try,and i get a real buzz when the food is a success.

Favorite Foods:

Chinese is my favourite and I love to try out new recipies. I find Chinese cooking challenging sometimes, but that doesnt stop me having a go. I love to feed people and my idea of a great night is having friends over for dinner.
