I live north of the Dallas area in Texas. For fun, I love to cook and fly airplanes, although not at the same time.

My favorite cookbook is "Joy of Cooking", ever since I was about 5 years old.

Favorite restaurant is Matt's Rancho Martinez in the Lakewood area of Dallas.

I don't have a favorite dish to cook, and I rarely make the same thing the same way twice because I love to experiment in the kitchen. I really love spicy.
