I work in the restaurant business as well as a Jenny Craig consultant. So I get opposite sides of the spectrum when it comes to food. People who need my help to watch the portions and people who need my help to give them alot of portions. It makes for and interesting life.
Veggies, Mexican ( I make great spinich enchaladas) and Thai. I eat fish now and then but I stay away from red meat.
