I learned how to cook from my grandmom, and the books of Julia Child.
My rating is based on the average on how my family members rate it.
Here is how my rating work:
5 stars: fantastic. All my family members agree it is great! Resturant's level.
4 stars : very good, definitely will make again. It tastes like they were from diners.
3.5 stars: good. It tastes like what I get from the supermarket. I might tweak the menu to make it work. Or the recipe name does not correspond to the product as it suggested.
3 stars: so so, but it will not hurt to try. I will look for other recipes for the same food though.
2 stars and below: I will walk away from it.
I like to try different kind of food. Most of time, I like American & Italian family food, traditional Chinese food, and modern French.
I have sweet teeth.
