about me

Retired RN/EMT currently working in my new career as a Property Administrator for a National firm looking after distressed propeties for financial institutions. I am married and we have two sons and are now the Grandparents to 2 girls and 2 boys. I love to bake and cook and to try new recipes and of course to eat. I always say no one appreciates my cooking more than I do. Hobbies include reading,knitting, gardening and amateur boxing.
Favorite cookbook other than the one I did as a fundraiser for Boxing is the Purity Cookbook, it is the one I return to most often.

Favorite Foods:

My slogan - If it is edible then it is my favorite!
I do love sweets and enjoy trying new recipes as frequently as time allows with my busy schedule.
My most famous dish I would say is chicken roll ups and molten lava cakes or cheesecake of any kind for dessert.
Of course Christmas and Thanksgiving are the ones everyone waits for including me. If I can have my family with us and to enjoy the meal that is all I ask for.
