I am a 35 year old wife and mother to a VERY picky 16 year old boy, and a very furry 6 year old Yorkie. I like to try lots of new dishes, but have to be very careful, as I am a gastric bypass surgery patient. I love coming to Zaar and checking out the low carb high protein recipes. Very helpful!
