I am a multi-tasking engineer. My family consists of my DH and myself, as well as four beautiful children. We reside on a farm in southern Alberta, and also own a business in the oilfield that keeps us busy through our cold winters.

Favorite Foods:

My favorite things to do in the kitchen are baking desserts and treats. However, my family does not eat much sweets, so I was very happy when my DH started working with an oil rig. Now I have some men that are dying to be spoiled!!

My family's favorite foods would be chinese and mexican. I have also found some great recipes on Recipezaar for the crock pot, which is my favorite appliance! The family heritage in our house is a mix of Polish, Mennonite and Ukrainian. I really enjoy trying recipes of these origins.
