Hello my name is Heidi and I am a missionary in Japan. My husband and I are working with the Navigators in Japan. My favorite cookbook is Betty Crocker and living in Japan, I have had to cut back the sugar amount (HA), thats why Japanese are sooo skinny.

My passion in to teach ladies groups one day on the freedom in Christ.!

Favorite Foods:

All foods, except Nato and enko (brown bean paste)

I love cooking chiffons and hearty meals for my husband who loves to eat....I love pleasing my husband!
