I am currently filming a television show called "Rock and Roll BBQ" and maintain it's site www.rockandrollbbq.com

I have my own line of BBQ sauces which can be purchased online as well.

Although I am not a traditionally trained chef I have designed restaurant menus, won cooking competitions, and cooked on various television shows across the country. I appear on various radio shows around the country as well.

I am widely regarded as the best chef in my house.

Favorite Foods:

I will try anything once. I love just about anything spicy, BBQ'd, or Mexican. I always order macaroni cheese when dining out if it's available.

I will never eat Balut, Durian Fruit, or Rocky Mountain Oysters again. This must be ammended...I guess I will continue to eat Rocky Mountain Oysters if there is plenty of beer and hot sauce available.

I recently ate at Gordon Ramsay's restaurant and have Crispy Duck Tongues, I have to admit...awesome!
