about me

I am nor's elder daughter. I live in Raanana. I work two jobs, one outside the home as secretary at a VC fund, and one from home as assistant to a book publisher. I have two teenage daughters. I enjoy cooking but get frustrated searching for food that suits the whole family - I'm on a diet, one daughter is vegetarian, the other is lactose intolerant and sensitive to a variety of foods (white flour products, white rice, salmon....) my husband is fine with most food but doesn't understand why we 3 girls like broccoli and brussel sprouts!!! , 3 of us prefer dairy food and we have a more-or-less kosher home... and I'm meant to be getting ready for work.... what am I doing here??@@$$!!

Favorite Foods:

I love cheeses, especially high fat (but don't often eat them....) I like eating them fresh and also using them for cooking quiches etc., goats cheese has a great flavour and aroma.... but I really do need to go to work....
