I live in Tennessee where I am a full-time nursing student. This past May 2006 I finally graduated after 4 long years of college with my Associate Degree in Nursing. It is great to know that I can be a part of something so important. For fun, I like to jog, swim, hike,(basically anything outdoors), cook and read. There is just something about cooking that is relaxing, dontcha' think? My favorite cookbook is the Betty Crocker cookbook. My passions are my boyfriend of 6 years, Benjamin, my 2 baby kittens: Midoria (Middy for short) - she is 6 years old; and Ki-Ki - he is 4 years old...but they are both still kittens to me. They are the foundation and true essence of my life. I thank God everyday that I have been so blessed to have them in my life. My pet peeves are mean people.

Favorite Foods:
I love all foods. Some of my favorite dishes to cook are chili, My cornbread, My Broccoli Shrimp Alfredo, My Potatoe Soup, macaroni & cheese, and My Pizza...some of which are on *zaar, and some that I haven't gotten around to writing out the recipe for. You know how that is! :] :] I am famous for my potatoe soup, my cornbread, my broccoli shrimp alfredo, and my pizza. My favorite restaurant: that's a toughy! I love every restaurant I have ever been to...because I love food! My favorite favorites are: Cracker Barrel (for the soup beans, cornbread, and biscuits), Olive Garden (excellent garlic butter wine sauce: recipe: Seafood Portofino -->>a must try!!!), Taco Bell(I always get a soft taco supreme, no meat, add beans, extra extra sour cream & guacomole), Mexico Lindo (a mexican restaurant), McDonald's (love their big macs!), Krystal's, Subway, and Dominoe's Pizza. I also love Ryan's Steakhouse, which is a buffet with the best steaks and cheesecake I have ever eaten! I am usually miserable (in a full-tummy-kind-of-way) when I leave, but it is always worth it! I hope to find many more yummy favorites here at *zaar!! ♥ :] :] xxxox
