I am an American living in Nigeria. I am a professor of English Composition at a University here in Nigeria. I have fashion sewing as my hobby and sew mostly Vogue designer patterns. We built our home from scratch to which a 30 x 30 foot sewingroom was included.

My favorite cookbook "The Best of Louisiana Cookbook". My family comes from there.

I am deeply involved in working with the poor. As such, I sponsor Christmas and Easter parties for the local destitutes.

Favorite Foods:

I love French and Chinese cuisine, but cannot do without collard greens and cornbread.
